I am Sanchi Seth, the chocolatier and co-founder of Heritage On My Plate. For the last decade, we have been on a mission to preserve and contemporize India’s rich food heritage. Handcrafting bean-to-bar chocolates in-house, I directly source single-origin cacao from the lush farms of South India to turn traditional ingredients into modern, soulful treats. Every bar we make is a celebration of authentic Indian flavours made simple, relatable, and deeply delicious.
